• Shanggu Securities Limited would focus our efforts in serving our clients in both domestic and overseas markets covering institutional investors, corporations, financial institutions, public entities and other professional investors. Our goal is to be an investment bank which delivers innovative financials solutions to clients and aim to become their long-term partners
• For private companies, Shanggu Securities would help our clients with Pre-IPO restructuring, private placement, strategic M&A and other related financial services. Our team would focus to help our clients to formulate long term capital structure strategies and help to execute them
• For initial public offering (IPO) services, we have a team of highly experienced professionals to help planning the whole process including the selection of all the required professional parties, timetable setup and the design of the offering and syndicate structure with the sole purpose to complete the IPO in the best markets window and the optimal valuation
• For listed companies, we would continue to help them with follow-on fund-raising activities including debt offering, convertible/equity linked products and secondary placements…etc. In addition to fund raising services, we are actively advising our clients on M&A and other financial advisory related matters
• In addition, we also help our client clients to formulate IR strategies, to arrange non-deal related investors meeting. And we continue to work with our clients to identify any opportunities to enhance the growth prospect as well as the value of the companies
